This Giving Tuesday, join us in building healthier communities across Texas!
At UTHealth Houston School of Public Health, we are working to create healthier communities. Our students and faculty examine major health challenges such as environmental pollution, food insecurity, and infectious disease. Working with local governments and stakeholders, we develop solutions that improve well-being across neighborhoods, cities, and regions—all while training the next generation of public health experts to solve emerging issues.

Your Giving Tuesday contribution drives initiatives across Texas, from the Gulf Coast to the Rio Grande Valley. Every gift fuels our mission to improve lives and create lasting change.
Our Top Priorities
The Cupboard at School of Public Health
While our students study wellness and how to improve population health, some struggle to afford nutritious food themselves. The Cupboard at School of Public Healthy provides free healthy and culturally appropriate food options to nearly 200 students each semester. Your donation helps students’ well-being as they prepare to promote health for others.
School of Public Health Student Assistance Fund
Future public health professionals study complex health issues that affect every community. Your gift to the Student Assistance Fund at School of Public Health helps students pursue their education without financial hardship, empowering them to lead programs that protect and strengthen public health.
School of Public Health Dean's Excellence Fund
The Dean’s Excellence Fund at School of Public Health gives the flexibility to advance critical research, support faculty and students, and respond to emerging public health needs. Your support ensures that the school remains a leader in safeguarding population health.
