As the Class of 2025 prepares to take the next step in their medical careers on Match Day, the McGovern Medical School community has an exciting opportunity to give back in celebration of this special day. The White Coat Ceremony is a major milestone in every medical student’s journey, and we want to ensure the next generation gets to experience this meaningful tradition without the burden of paying for their white coat. The Class of 2025 understands the importance of this symbolic gesture, as they received their own white coats thanks to the generosity of donors who came together to invest in their medical journey at McGovern Medical School.
In celebration of Match Day, we are joining together to raise funds to provide white coats for the incoming class, and we need your help to make it happen. Whether you are part of the Class of 2025, an alumnus, a family member, a friend, or a member of the medical school staff, your support can make a real difference. A donation of $25 or more can launch the career of a medical student in the best possible way, just as it did for the Class of 2025.
