At Cizik School of Nursing at UTHealth Houston, we celebrate the next generation of nurses during a pinning ceremony commemorating their transitions from student to practicing nurses. This time-honored tradition is one of the ways we welcome graduates into the professional world of nursing while acknowledging their skills, accomplishments, leadership, and commitment to our community. The ceremony signifies that our graduates are equipped with the knowledge and expertise to serve patients in Houston and around the world.
