We live in an era of unprecedented growth and opportunity in the field of health care. Now, more than ever, we see the incredible need for innovative treatments and trained professionals. The President’s Excellence Fund is one of our most useful resources for maximizing our impact across a broad range of initiatives so we are prepared to address COVID-19 and future health challenges. This fund provides flexible resources that can be used at a moment’s notice for high-impact programs in need of immediate funding as well as long-term projects that advance education, clinical care, and discovery. This fund has also been used to support cooperative research efforts across our six schools.
