Student Assistance Funds
As our community faces this unprecedented public health crisis, we believe that now, more than ever, our students deserve our support as they address emerging critical needs while pursuing their education as the next generation of health care leaders.
Education is expensive, and students often carry the weight of that reality with them through school and into their careers. The Student Assistance Fund at each of our schools seeks to offset financial burdens for our students so they can focus more of their time and energy on their studies and giving back to our communities. In addition, these funds give students a vote of confidence.
UT System Chancellor James Milliken has established a special challenge – with the support of the Chancellor’s Council and the Chancellor’s Council Executive Committee – in support of students as they navigate this difficult time. Through the Chancellor’s Challenge, gifts made to student assistance funds from May 5-August 31, 2020 will be matched up to $25,000. Your gift makes a difference in the lives of students.
Your support helps us recruit these future health care professionals and allows them to focus on the incredible work that sets our school apart. Thank you for sharing in their journey.
