Dear Friends,

What a wonderful surprise! I learned about the educational endowment you helped establish in my honor at my retirement dinner last week.  I am humbled and so very grateful.  Thank you for supporting the next generation of pediatric plastic surgeons.

It has been my greatest pleasure to serve children born with cleft lip/palate and craniofacial deformities and to train the future medical professionals and leaders who will continue this important work.  What a relief it is to know how bright their future will be thanks to your generous support of health care education.  The Dr. John F. Teichgraeber Educational Endowment in the Division of Pediatric Plastic and Craniofacial Surgery at UTHealth’s McGovern Medical School will promote exceptional care through supported research efforts, distinguished visiting lecturers, conference attendance, and other educational initiatives.

Thank you for your compassion.  Your support exceeds anything I could have imagined and helps advance the health of families and communities here and around the globe.

We are on a roll! We surpassed our initial goal of $50,000 in record time...now, we have surpassed our second milestone of $75,000!
